• Unlimited telephone support
• Annual system service
• Fixed running cost for period of contract.
• Free engineer callout charges: anytime
• Free fitting of parts as result of normal wear and tear where parts are unrepairable.

Customer service care:

The Secure Care system cover scheme covers the cost of call outs, parts and labour depending on your level of cover. There are 4 main levels of cover: Bronze, silver, silver plus and gold.
